Purpose
These terms govern sales made on usealvanta.com, a website operated by Alvanta LLC. Placing an order means you accept them.
Products
We sell licences for software that runs on the customer's own Windows PC. Each product page states what the licence includes and how long it lasts. Products are delivered as licence keys; nothing is shipped physically.
Orders
To order: choose your product, enter your email address, pay by card, and confirm. Your licence key is sent to the email address you provide, so please check it is correct before paying.
Prices
Prices are shown on each product page in the currency of that listing and include any taxes that apply. We may change prices at any time; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Payment
Payment is taken online by card (Visa, Mastercard) and supported wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, through our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Delivery
Orders are delivered manually by our team after payment. Licence details are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Payment confirmation does not mean delivery is complete. Contact support with your order number for delivery questions.
Right of Withdrawal
Because licence keys cannot be returned once issued, the right to withdraw does not apply once your key has been delivered. If a key does not work, our refund policy applies instead.
What We Guarantee
We guarantee that the licence you receive matches the product description and works for the stated period. If it does not, we replace it or refund it.
Liability
Alvanta LLC is not liable for how a customer chooses to use the software, for any consequence of using it, or for any account, service or hardware affected by that use. You are responsible for checking that a product suits your needs before buying.
Intellectual Property
The usealvanta.com website, including its text, images and logos, belongs to Alvanta LLC. Software sold through this site remains the property of its respective developer and is licensed to you, not sold. You may not resell, share or redistribute licence keys.
Personal Data
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, where Alvanta LLC is registered. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence. If something goes wrong, contact us first — we resolve most issues within a day.
